Job Title: Welder (1st Shift)
Job Description
Join our dynamic production team as a Welder! In this role, you will set up, assemble, and weld products using work orders, blueprints, and jigs. Your responsibilities will include setting up component parts securely using bolts, clamps, or tack welds, and operating a variety of tools such as power screwdrivers, overhead cranes, banding and testing equipment, air tools, and hammers. You may also be tasked with using the paint booth to paint dock levelers and perform general upkeep of the paint booth. This role requires flexibility as you will be assigned to different areas throughout the day depending on workflow. Ensure the quality of the finished product by performing visual inspections to check for clean welds and missed spots.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in HORN LAKE, Mississippi.
Work Environment
Our facility manufactures dock levelers and operates as a weld assembly line. The work environment can be very dirty due to the amount of welding and is not climate-controlled, making it very hot in the summer. This position is fast-paced and production-based. Work hours for the 1st shift are Monday to Thursday from 5 AM to 3 PM, with potential additional hours on Friday and Saturday as needed.
