Job Title: Civil Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and be a Licensed Professional Engineer in ND, MN, SD, MT, or have the ability to obtain the license within six months. Candidates must have technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices, prior certification on MNDOT prequalification lists, and experience with project management and budgeting. Additionally, the role requires the capability to supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record, are essential.
