Our growing company is looking for an equipment operator.  Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.  While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualification but have sufficient experience and talent. 2 years experience operating various heavy equipment and machinery such as, excavator, Skid steer ,bulldozer, and loader. Must be able and willing to participate in manual labor. Operator must ensure the accurate placement and removal of materials. Must have the ability to conduct daily inspections and preventative maintenance of all equipment. Maintain accountability of equipment. Must be able to interpret engineering drawings and use staking and leveling equipment. Must be able to determine grade on which to cut location. Must be able to work independently.   Must have the ability to work as a team with co-workers, outside contractors, and other departments. Must maintain and clean and organized work site. Must have the ability to take directions from supervisors. Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather. Must have a valid WA driver's license.  CDL preferred but not required. Must be able to pass DOL/FMCSA approved drug test. Must be able to perform manual labor which may require repetitious standing, sitting, and kneeling. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to submit records of work performed. Occasional overtime.
