Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires a strong electrical understanding and the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Each technician is provided with a tablet for work orders and paperwork. Approximately 50-60% of the job involves responding to operator calls. The successful candidate will troubleshoot PLCs, repair and troubleshoot cameras and vision systems, work with 3-phase and single-phase motors, and read and interpret electrical cabinet drawings and blueprints. Additionally, minor in-house fabrication for electrical cabinets and working with robots will be required.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot PLCs, including plugging in, changing timers, and making minor edits.
Repair and troubleshoot cameras and vision systems.
Work with 3-phase and single-phase motors.
Read and interpret drawings/blueprints for electrical cabinets.
Perform minor in-house fabrication for electrical cabinets.
Rehome, set points, and start up robots.
Replace sensors and vision system components.
Essential Skills
Strong electrical skills.
Experience with PLC's and troubleshooting.
Ability to work with Fanuc and Motoman robots.
Experience with 3-phase and single-phase motors.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical cabinet drawings and blueprints.
Experience in minor fabrication for electrical cabinets.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, electrical maintenance, and schematic reading.
Experience with blow mold, blow molding, extrusion, mill, lathe, machining, preventive maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Work Environment
Uniforms are furnished at no cost, and there is a $150 annual allowance for boots. Openings are available for the second shift (4 PM - 1 AM, Monday - Friday) and the third shift (8 PM - 6 AM).
