Machine Operator Role
$19/hour - Hopkins, MN
Aerotek is hiring Machine Operators to work with a manufacturing company with a pay of $19/hour (paid weekly). This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing company and room for advancement.
Job Description:
Adjusts machine to material and finished product requirements
Observes machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction
Assures product quality by adjusting machine
Responsible for packers to package, label, stack and transport finished work pieces in a timely manner
Operates hoist to place coils of metal on and off an unwinder
Completes production records on finished goods.
Work Environment:
Industrial manufacturing environment, can get warm at times
Machines are running so it can be loud as well.
Skills & Qualifications:
6+ months of machine operation experience
Mechanically inclined
Hand and Power tool experience
Shift Timings:
- 1st Shift (Mon-Friday > 7:00 pm – 3:30 pm)
