DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will handle various maintenance and repair tasks for buildings and facilities, utilizing tools from carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other trades. You will also be responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of vehicles and equipment used in the park. Additionally, you will create simple forms for cement work, mix and apply cement, and finish it with masonry tools, as well as construct stone and block walls. Ground maintenance duties include mowing, weeding, collecting firewood, picking up litter, and transporting materials with trucks. The role includes painting and staining park buildings and signs, ensuring restrooms and facilities are clean by scrubbing and disinfecting surfaces, collecting litter inside and outside buildings, and performing minor repairs like changing light bulbs.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Seasonal Full-time employment without benefits. Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch, Work days will vary, employee will work 5 days/37.5 hours per week to include holidays and weekends. One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
