Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to provide systems engineering support for a key mission partner in the Oahu, Hawaii area .
This position is onsite in the Oahu, Hawaii region. Requires TS/SCI with polygraph.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Understanding of modern systems administration practices and procedures, to include:
Strong background in Unix command line and familiarity with Unix management tools
Managing Windows Active Directory and associated management tools: (Registry, Event Viewer, Services, etc)
Experience with administering Group Policy, including setting and troubleshooting Group Policy Objects
Proficiency with PowerShell
Understanding of enterprise network management, software deployment, and security practices
Strong background in software analysis, including the ability to identify dependencies, read and interpret proprietary documentation, and reproduce software conditions on both Windows and Unix platforms
Strong background in virtualization concepts and platforms, including :
VMware products (Workstation, vSphere, etc)
Ability to setup software systems in virtual environments that mimic real world scenarios
Strong background in computer networking, including:
the ability to perform and interpret packet captures, including ports, protocols, and sessions
configure network settings on multiple operating systems (Unix, Windows)
manage and configure remote authentication between networked resources
familiarity with Windows and Unix network stacks and platform-specific software tools (iptables, Windows Firewall, etc)

Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph

Salary Range:
$126,600.00 - $227,900.00
