The Senior Project Scheduler is responsible for the advanced strategic planning, development, management, progress measurement, monitoring, and analysis of the project schedules for the Honolulu Rapid Transportation Project. This position is responsible for performing in-depth analytical work and assisting with the development and management of critical path schedules utilizing industry best practices in Scheduling. We’ll Expect You To: • Maintain the overall integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the master project integrated schedule • Provide interface and quality assurance to project functional groups regarding the tracking and reporting of schedule performance • Prepare and analyze deviations from the baseline master schedule highlighting bottlenecks/ delays and propose corrective actions • Conduct project schedule analysis critical path analysis, what-if analysis and schedule risk analysis • Review and provide oversight of contractor’s weekly and monthly schedule progress against baseline schedule • Prepare and monitor key performance indicators at contract and project level • Evaluate contract variations, perform time impact analysis at project, and review contract TIAs • Provide input and support to CE&I scheduler requests for baseline and progress schedule submittal reviews. • Prepare schedule updates and narratives for inclusion to project weekly and monthly progress status reports • Interact with various technical discipline leads to understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact the schedule • Able to lead multi-person planning and scheduling staff • Follow established policies and procedures for scheduling and reporting activities • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate under the direction of the Project Controls Manager • P6 program and database administrator This is an onsite position.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or other related field • 10 years’ project controls and time/schedule management experience • Expert in Oracle Primavera P6 software as a user • Extensive experience in engineering and/or construction work process and activity sequence • Experience in using and understanding earned value progress • Experience in construction management planning and scheduling • Experience in public transit / rail desirable Jacobs’ health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $114,100 to $178,350. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
