Job Summary
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for working with data-specific projects related to patient/health-related data.
Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to work with data-specific projects related to patient/health-related data . This position will be full-time and remote.
What You’ll Do
Oversee data migrations, data governance, data cleansing, data exports, APIs and enterprise data modernization efforts
Project management including, planning, and tracking of projects, including overseeing IT projects and schedules/roadmaps from conception to completion
Work with HIPAA constrained data elements and be familiar with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management or claims processing
Manage project timelines, deliverables, project scopes, risks, and lead project status meetings
Responsible for project budgeting, resource planning, allocation and capacity planning skills and experience
What You'll Need
Required:
10 years of Project Management experience
5 years of experience managing Projects as part of a PMO
5 years of experience managing projects related to the data migrations, governance, cleansing, exports, APIs and enterprise data modernization efforts
3 years of experience and understanding of managing patient and/or health data including, but not limited to, HIPAA, HITECH, and FedRAMP
3 years of experience managing projects for governmental agencies or organizations
3 years of experience aggregating data from various data platforms to a data warehouse
Preferred:
2 years of experience with gathering and validating technology requirements for human service systems
5 years of proficiencies in MS Project, MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and other project tools/software
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
