The Merchandiser is responsible for assisting the Account Executive and Sales Manager in merchandising and sales support of all of our products PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES All employees are expected to govern their activities and behavior by the rules of conduct in their relations with the company, fellow employees, supervisors, and customers. The following list of responsibilities is not intended as a complete and exhaustive list, and management has the right to modify or add to the list as appropriate.

• At assigned supermarkets, set-up the shelves in an orderly and presentable manner
• If shelves are low in stock or empty, bring out back stock from supermarket storage
• Inform the Account Executive of any customer or store complaints about our product
• Must abide by the FIFO (First In First Out) method of set-up
• All other duties in support of sales of our products

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE and SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Associates Degree
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of office procedures
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Excellent social skills, able to operate with diplomacy, tact and empathy
• A high degree of personal organization and self-management
• Ability to think proactively and laterally to maximize opportunities to promote the work of the organization
• Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
• Reporting Skills and verbal communication
