Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is looking for a qualified and compassionate CNA/NA to join our Windward Caring team in our Honolulu, HI location as a full-time individual contributor. The ideal candidate would possess excellent communication and organizational skills and have a passion for providing superior, quality care to our clients in our facility. Compensation & Benefits: In exchange for the CNA/NA's hard work and dedication to our company, we offer a competitive salary of $18 - $20 per hour, paid weekly. The CNA/NA will also receive access to benefits such as health insurance, vacation pay, and retirement plans. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: • Provide direct care to our clients as dictated by each client’s individualized Care Plan • Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and grooming • Ability to maintain client confidentiality • Document and report any changes in clients’ condition to the appropriate supervisor • Provide general emotional support and companionship • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments while displaying a caring and compassionate attitude • Ability to work independently or within a team setting Requirements: • High School Diploma. • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nurse Aide (NA) certification. • Knowledge of basic geriatric care principles. • Previous experience in patient care preferred. • Ability to pass an extensive background check. • Ability to commute to work locations in Honolulu, HI Call for more details: 808-207-8558 To schedule an interview, click here: www.abcoahu.com Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
