Job Summary We are looking for a full time All Facilities professional to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. As a healthcare professional, you will offer care and assistance to elderly patients in a variety of settings such as Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Care Homes. Compensation & Benefits This position is full-time and will be compensated at a rate of $18-20 per hour, paid on a weekly basis. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and paid holidays. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities • Provide compassionate, high-quality care to elderly patients in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Care Home facilities. • Assist with physical tasks, like transfers and ambulation. • Implement routines that ensure patient safety and comfort. • Observe and record patient responses, condition, and changes in behavior. • Coordinate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery. • Create individualized care plans and monitor progress. • Assist with any other duties as requested. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in nursing or similar field. • Valid nursing license in good standing. • At least 2 years of experience as a nurse or related role. • Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care techniques. • Ability to make sound decisions in tense situations. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to remain calm and objective in stressful situations.
