*Job Description: *
- Perform water extraction and mitigation, mold, and fire remediation
- Perform demolition and deconstruction of affected materials
- Property set up drying equipment
- Detailed cleanup and removal of debris, contaminated materials, damaged furniture, or appliances during a household remediation job
- Availability to be on-call in the event of emergency situations; hours of work may vary depending on company of work, location, or specific industry and certification
- Ability to perform work performed in varying temperatures; temperatures may be extreme
- Perform other duties as they become necessary

- Ability to climb, lift at least 50 lbs., balance, walking, stooping, and moving large equipment in and out of truck and home/buildings
- Wear Proper Protective or Safety Equipment such as steel toe shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, or life jackets
- Ability to properly use personal protective equipment and self-care to protect against biohazardous contaminant exposure such as breathing apparatus, safety harness, full protection suits or radiation protection

- Construction experience is a plus
- Legally authorized to work in the US
