We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a freight forwarding company in the Honolulu area. Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients regarding shipments to ensure vendor satisfaction
- Enter and update flight database, customer entry, and template records as necessary to maximize efficiency and accuracy
- Answer and transfer calls to the appropriate point of contact in the organization
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- 2 years of recent customer service and office experience
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work with various personalities
