Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, a reputable and well-established franchise in the healthcare industry, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Nursing Assistants (NAs) to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with flexible hours and weekly pay. As a CNA/NA, you will be responsible for providing assistance and care to our senior clients in their homes and aiding in their daily activities. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: • Provide basic personal care and assistance to senior clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. • Assist with mobility and transportation needs of clients. • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals. • Monitor clients’ well-being and report any changes in health or behavior. • Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other household tasks. • Foster a safe and comfortable environment for clients. • Maintain accurate and timely records of clients’ care and progress. Requirements: • Must hold a valid CNA or NA certification in the state of Hawaii. • High school diploma or equivalent. • At least 1 year of experience working in a healthcare or senior care setting. • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist clients with mobility as needed. • Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening. • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
