Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking a motivated and experienced CNA Lead Caregiver to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This individual will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our senior clients while leading a team of caregivers in the delivery of professional and compassionate services. The ideal candidate for this role is a compassionate, reliable, and organized individual who has a passion for caring for seniors. This is a full-time, individual contributor position with a salary range of $18 to $25 per hour. Compensation & Benefits: - $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly - Full-time position with opportunity for growth within the company - Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off and holiday pay - Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: - Provide direct care and assistance to senior clients, including assistance with activities of daily living, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transportation. - Lead, train, and supervise a team of caregivers to ensure quality of care and service delivery. - Monitor and assess clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate parties. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for clients. - Maintain accurate and timely records of clients' care, progress, and any incidents. - Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times. - Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
