Position Title: A/R Personnel Clerk
Pay: $3500-$4000/month, + bonuses
Location: Honolulu, HI
We are looking for an A/R Personnel Clerk to help with one of Hawaiis engineering companies with over 90 years of service!

Responsibilities:
- Manage and record-keeping of company provided keys and fobs.
- Prepare invoices and submit them to the clients in a timely manner.
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Qualifications:
- Sitting for long periods of time
- Bachelors degree (preferred)
- 5 years experience in accounts receivable.
