Description:

General admin and clerical duties to assist where needed. Enter deposits and ensures proper allocation to invoices. Submits statements of accounts to clients. Settles accounts receivable issues with clients. Verifies validity of account discrepancies by investigating sales and customer service info. Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions. Tracks fee that are paid. Handles customer requests for statements and invoices. Maintains the accuracy of customer files.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of admin experience or 1 year of AR experience. Epic experience preferred but not required.
