  • 协助团队进行预防性保养维修工作。 负责人力和资源分配;并提供工地现场协调及支持工作,以确保日常作业顺利进行。

  • 跟进工程进度,提交工程进度报告。 确保工程按合约要求,公司标准及政府法规于合规安全的环境下依时完成。

  • 与客户、政府机构等相关部门建立并维持良好的关系,以提升产品和服务质素。 并且及时专业地回复客户或相关部门的询问。 - 与内部部门协调,确保为客户提供优质服务。 - 与供应商及工厂协调海外/本地材料的交付

  • 与机电工程署等政府部门协调和沟通,确保所有项目符合要求。

  • 密切监控电梯和自动扶梯的性能并及时对故障。

  • 对技术问题进行根本原因分析,识别潜在风险并推荐实用的解决方案,以降低故障率并解决长期存在的故障。

  • 按需要预备故障排解分析/事件调查报告。

确保有效实施服务质量计划,以实现持续改进和工作流程标准化。

  • 实施公司物联网 (IoT)、基于云的应用程序和移动应用程序,以提高运营效率并培育智能工作文化。
