Job Responsibilities:

Execute and promote service performance excellence programs to ensure customer satisfaction externally and build an engaged workforce internally.

  • Promote programs and change messages by organizing employee communication sessions and preparing digital communications of e-posters and videos.

  • Implement customer satisfaction programs, such as preparing service collateral for customer retention and monitoring customer compliant system.

  • Strengthen employee engagement by organizing field visits and employee engagement activities. Solicit employee feedbacks and translate into improvement actions.

  • Identify training needs and arrange structured training programs to raise performance bar.

  • Assist in service operational improvements projects through identifying improvement needs, formulating solutions, defining success metrics and measurements; and tracking performance against business goals.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Digital savvy. Experienced in design software and video editing skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

  • Good planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly motivated, agile, and proactive with strong sense of responsibility.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact and influence across.

  • Fresh graduates will be considered as Assistant Officer, Service Performance Excellence.
