Job Responsibilities:
Execute and promote service performance excellence programs to ensure customer satisfaction externally and build an engaged workforce internally.
Promote programs and change messages by organizing employee communication sessions and preparing digital communications of e-posters and videos.
Implement customer satisfaction programs, such as preparing service collateral for customer retention and monitoring customer compliant system.
Strengthen employee engagement by organizing field visits and employee engagement activities. Solicit employee feedbacks and translate into improvement actions.
Identify training needs and arrange structured training programs to raise performance bar.
Assist in service operational improvements projects through identifying improvement needs, formulating solutions, defining success metrics and measurements; and tracking performance against business goals.
Requirements:
A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Digital savvy. Experienced in design software and video editing skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Good planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Highly motivated, agile, and proactive with strong sense of responsibility.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact and influence across.
Fresh graduates will be considered as Assistant Officer, Service Performance Excellence.
