Hyatt Guest Services Officer - Concierge in HONG KONG S.A.R., China
Description:
We are inviting passionate, energetic and devoted talents to join our dynamic team.
What you will do:
Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards in the lobby and Concierge counter
Responsible for full spectrum of duties, including greeting guests, assisting with guests in any plans / arrangement and providing useful information
Work alongside with all teams to ensure an exceptional guest journey from pre-arrival and during the stay, to departure and post-departure
Achieve high level of guest satisfaction by establishing good rapport with guests, anticipating guests’ needs and providing prompt response to guests
Qualifications:
What you should have:
Preferably with 1 year of working experience in service industries
Good communication language skills
A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
