Job Description
Daily Operation
Lead logistics daily operation including inbound, outbound, DC management for HK marketplace
Cooperate with Logistics Partner to drive performance optimization, capability improvement and network efficiency
Work on KPI management for daily/monthly/quarterly operation performance with Logistics Partner
Work on regular cost analysis, CPU management for logistics operation, involve in RFP process for new vendor or service selection.
Build strong relationship with cross teams in Supply Chain, Marketplace, Technology team to drive operation excellence
Project Management
Be able to lead logistics related project in HK marketplace during the entire project lifecycle.
Work with cross function team to define AOP priority and roadmap for HK logistics
Engage in new system capabilities roll out, provide necessary support on solution design, testing and implementation
Requirements:
University graduate in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 5 years of solid experience in Supply Chain industry
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and work within a team and across functions.
Good PC knowledge in MS Office; strong in Excel and SAP
Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
Self-motivated, independent, strong analytical skill, detail oriented and good organization skills
