Focus on Hongkong logistics Operation to serve all channels business in HK marketplace

Job Description

Daily Operation

  • Lead logistics daily operation including inbound, outbound, DC management for HK marketplace

  • Cooperate with Logistics Partner to drive performance optimization, capability improvement and network efficiency

  • Work on KPI management for daily/monthly/quarterly operation performance with Logistics Partner

  • Work on regular cost analysis, CPU management for logistics operation, involve in RFP process for new vendor or service selection.

  • Build strong relationship with cross teams in Supply Chain, Marketplace, Technology team to drive operation excellence

Project Management

  • Be able to lead logistics related project in HK marketplace during the entire project lifecycle.

  • Work with cross function team to define AOP priority and roadmap for HK logistics

  • Engage in new system capabilities roll out, provide necessary support on solution design, testing and implementation

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related disciplines

  • At least 5 years of solid experience in Supply Chain industry

  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and work within a team and across functions.

  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office; strong in Excel and SAP

  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese

  • Self-motivated, independent, strong analytical skill, detail oriented and good organization skills

  • Immediately available
