Johnson Controls Service Delivery Assistant in Hong Kong, Hong Kong
What you will do This person will join the Maintenance Service Team in Hong Kong. She/he will provide support to the team including filing, purchase requisition and order preparation, proposal preparation and tender preparation etc.
How you will do it
Provide support in maintenance, repairing service and retrofit service
Lead in preparing proposal, tender, purchase requisition and order
Organize and maintain good filing system
Maintain a good relationship with customers
Perform ad hoc duty as required
What we look for
Required
Form 5 / DSE or above
3 years relevant experience in administration and secretarial support, exposure in building services or engineering related industry would be advantage
Good command in written, spoken in both English and Chinese
Strong PC computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good sense of customer service
