Senior Manager, Agency Contracting and Benefits
Lead the team and provide services to field force in terms of contracting, licensing and agency benefits enrolments, formulate procedures, implement risk control measures, provide key inputs in the development and revamp of recruitment profiles and oversee the debt management and debt recovery from agents.
Position Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient delivery of Contracting services to agency.
Oversee the design, implementation, and management of agency benefits plans, including group life, medical insurance, dental plans, and agent bonus plan.
In partnership with Agency Recruitment and Legal Counsel to develop action plans in response to new recruitment initiative.
Lead special projects related to e-Onboarding rollouts, and benefits enhancements. Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
Prepare periodic or ad hoc reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
Handle general correspondence and agent enquiries.
Required Qualifications:
Degree holder with major in business
Minimum of 6 years work experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Independent with high flexibility
Able to work independently and under pressure
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
PC literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
