To facilitate business growth, we currently have opportunities for Director/ Senior Director within the Valuation & Advisory Services division, covering across the spectrum of rental analysis, lands matter and development consultancy.

What you will be working on:

  • Provide expert advisory services to clients on property development and various land matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and best practices.

  • Specialize in managing land exchange processes, lease modifications, land surrender applications, premium negociation, waiver requests, and complex land applications with government authorities.

  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies and valuations for land development projects, offering strategic insights to enhance clients’ investment decisions.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs in land advisory services, identifying opportunities for repeat business and new projects.

  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, including land valuers and researchers, to ensure high-quality project delivery and effective problem-solving.

  • Serve as a key contact for clients regarding land-related inquiries, providing guidance on valuation methodologies, regulatory requirements, and the rationale behind advisory conclusions.

  • Oversee the quality and accuracy of all advisory outputs, ensuring rigorous due diligence and adherence to industry standards in all client communications.

  • Monitor team performance and profitability by tracking project revenues and expenses, collaborating with senior management to achieve departmental goals.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and market conditions to provide informed advice and innovative solutions to clients.

You are someone with:

  • A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field such as surveying, real estate, urban planning, or land management.

  • At least 7 years of experience in land advisory and property development, with a solid track record in managing complex land applications and negotiations with government entities; more experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Director title.

  • Strong communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Mandarin being an added advantage.

  • A detail-oriented and analytical mindset, capable of articulating research findings and advisory opinions clearly in professional reports.

  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on collaboration and achieving successful outcomes for land-related projects.
