Responsibilities:
• Develop brand and marketing communication programs to support business strategy and enhance employee engagement
• Plan and organize company-wide events such as customer events, tech conference, town hall meeting, corporate citizenship programs and employee activities
• Handle crisis, build up media relations and monitor media landscape
• Write high-quality communication content for successful stories, social media, online platforms, media channels, and staff newsletters
• Compile reports and prepare presentation materials, and other marketing collateral when needed
• Support branding issues arising from divisions to ensure all outputs that align with corporate guidelines
Requirements:
Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:
• University graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Language, Technology, or related disciplines.
• 2 years of experience in marketing or communications. Experience from multinational companies or sizable organizations is highly preferable.
• Passionate, with a strong sense of responsibility, and a good team player.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Well-versed in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Knowledge of using design software (e.g., Photoshop, AI) will be an advantage.
• Candidate with less experiences will be considered for the position of Communications Officer
