Your Team

BlackRock Capital Markets (BCM) is a centralized team that works to generate alpha and liquidity across the capital markets. A global team with locations in New York, London and Hong Kong, the team works across ECM, DCM, private sourcing, financing, co-investment and corporate solutions.

Your role and impact

Administrative Business Partner to support the APAC Head of Alternatives Strategy & Capital Markets and the BlackRock Capital Markets (BCM) Team.

Your responsibilities

  • Proactively manage calendars for senior leaders, often with the complexity of multiple time zones.

  • Ability to work at fast paced environment, demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.

  • Plan a variety of executive level virtual, in-person, and hybrid meetings, ensuring conference rooms, catering, multimedia, and other essential meeting services are arranged.

  • Coordinate international travel and submit expense reports via Concur in a timely manner.

  • Help support visiting senior executives while in local office.

  • Work with the global teams, including some regular team activity tracking tasks.

  • Work with global and regional teams to ensure successful planning and execution of platform initiatives as well as team events.

  • Build and maintain good business relationships with executives and administrative staff across the organizations.

  • Complete ad hoc administrative requests in a timely and detailed manner.

You have…

  • 5 years of related administrative experience that interacted with executive level management.

  • High energy level and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment under highly demanding conditions.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality related to the company and its employees.

  • High degree of operational efficiency, ability to prioritize and multi-task with close attention to details.

  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Prior experience within financial services highly preferred.

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.

  • Proficiencies in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
