Description:
Administrative supports for the Design Services Team including travel arrangements.
Manage design Services reports from time to time.
Assisting for events arrangement and all ad hoc works in Design Services etc.
Conduct business related research as required.
Assist in other job assignments as required.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Experience on making travel arrangements.
Possess a recognized university degree in hospitality management, marketing, business administration or any discipline.
Be Fluent in English and writes well.
Responsible, self-motivated, energetic and customer oriented.
Good competency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Be eligible to work in Hong Kong.
