Abbott Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, Cross Border in Hong Kong, China

You will be supporting the overall digital marketing strategy and planning for our cross-border business at Abbott Nutrition Hong Kong. This role will require demonstrated ability to run and manage digital marketing programs. Responsibilities include brand building, campaign management, activations, insights & analytics, customer engagement & excellent project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Support manager to develop short and long-term cross-border digital marketing strategies and plans to meet business and marketing objectives

  • Partner with insights & brand teams, to develop & apply in-depth Southern China consumer insights to tap hidden opportunities

  • Support the team to be China digital expert to build connected omni-channel experience for all owned and paid touchpoints for Abbott nutrition brands

  • Implement winning social media strategy (e.g. XHS, Wechat, etc.) matching latest trend in China

  • Leverage data analytics platform to conduct regular analyses

  • Help manage cross-border media planning and performance

  • Assist in working on end-to-end experience in user acquisition, engagement and conversion at designated E-Commerce platforms

  • Work closely with other cross-functional teams (CBEC team, Brand, Sales, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, R&D, etc.) to ensure consistency and compliance in consumer communications

  • Execute and ensure all processes are in place for digital materials in accordance with company and legal requirements

  • Monitor and manage A&P budgets to measure program effectiveness & payback analyses

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, digital marketing or related fields.

  • At least 3 years of experiences in brand management and/ digital marketing. Open to candidates with agency, client or platform work experiences.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills. Great team player with demonstrated ability to navigate across functions and divisions.

  • Knowledge in digital analytical tools

  • Excellent negotiation and project management skills and are attentive to details

  • Strong commercial sense, fast-paced with high sense of urgency

  • Possess “can-do” attitude and not shy away from challenging the status quo

  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
