The Honesdale National Bank Branch Manager in Honesdale, Pennsylvania
Responsible for generating business within your branch office and surrounding market, directly supervising, coaching, and developing all personnel assigned while ensuring world-class customer service and promoting growth and profitability of the institution while achieving the bank's goals and objectives.
Education: Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred or a high school diploma with equivalent banking experience.
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years' banking experience preferred, previous lending experience preferred; prior Teller and CSR experience desired; previous supervisory experience necessary.
Skills: Must possess exceptional customer service skills, proficient PC skills, strong communication skills, Microsoft 365 familiarity, customer focused, and organized work habits. An NMLS license is preferred. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
The successful candidate must be willing to work Monday -- Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5 :00 p.m., must be able to work some Friday evenings until 6:00 p.m. and some Saturdays until noon.
