Summary Shifts: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Pay: \$20.00 per hour Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand - Sets up equipment operation feed, speed, and temperature. Follows established procedures for operating various conventional and/or manufacturing equipment. Resolves issues related to the organization\'s production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations. Responsibilities are within Manufacturing/Operations Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: **Requires Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record-keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. **Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. **Experience working in a team environment. **Requires knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. **Regularly practice time management and problem solving. **Requires knowledge of computerized inventory systems and production order processing software. **Ability to read a tape measure and use various hand tools. **Employee must be able to work in a team environment. **Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. **Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. **Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. **Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. **Ability to read and use a tape measure. **Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. **Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you and the ability to identify and understand the speech of another person. **Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. **Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. **Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. **Bilingual English & Spanish preferred Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift up to 30lbs, sit, stand, or walk.
