Group Therapist MiraVista Behavioral Health - Holyoke, MA Position Type - Full Time Job Shift - Day Join us as a Group Therapist! As a Group Therapist for MiraVista in Holyoke, Massachusetts, you\'ll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. A Group Therapist is an integral part of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct care and support not only to our patients but also their families and make decisions that impact the lives of your peers, your patients, and your community. How You Care for Our Patients As a Group Therapist: You will provide and coordinate clinical programming to adult behavioral health/co-occurring addiction patients in an acute inpatient setting. You utilize Trauma Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing throughout the group program curriculum You work with clinical to develop appropriate group topics and coordinate group schedules You are responsible for leading groups on all units You will be an active member of the treatment team, participate in treatment team meetings, and will engage with other members as required for good patient care How We Care for You When you join the growing MiraVista team, you\'re not just taking a job, you\'re making a difference in people\'s lives.
