Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Holyoke, Massachusetts
Description We are in search of a skilled Administrative Coordinator in Holyoke, Massachusetts, United States. As an integral part of our team, your role will involve providing administrative support across various departments and coordinating Consortium-related events.
Responsibilities:
• Handle administrative tasks such as typing, filing, scheduling, research, and managing phone calls and mailings
• Assist the supervisor, Executive Director, Operations, Development, and Human Resources with administrative needs
• Support the Fiscal Team and Home & Community Connections Team as a Representative Payee administrative
• Coordinate planning for Consortium-related events, including tracking RSVPs, arranging food and room set-up, and managing clean-up
• Undertake weekly inventory of kitchen supplies and ensure their replenishment
• Utilize various software tools, including ADP - Financial Services, Banner Ads, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, About Time
• Handle inbound calls and manage calendars efficiently
• Engage in budget processes and ensure effective communication across the team. Requirements • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services software
• Experience in creating and managing Banner Ads
• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for online collaboration and communication
• Ability to navigate and utilize Concur for travel and expense management
• Experience in using CRM software for customer relationship management
• Knowledge of About Time software for efficient workforce management
• Skilled in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
• Understanding of budget processes and the ability to contribute to financial planning
• Demonstrated experience in calendar management, coordinating schedules and appointments
