Zebra Technologies Corporation. Designing and testing of portable, battery-powered handheld devices with embedded wireless radio technologies. Performing electronics RF radio design using leading mobile chipset architectures. Executing schematic design, PCB layout, electronics testing, optimization and troubleshooting product. Performing any necessary analysis and simulation (RF and embedded Antenna) by computer required to fulfill the need. Conducting associated EMI/EMC testing in order to verify compliance and release a Regulatory and/or Network Operator compliant product. Providing the required manufacturing support design and/or production yield leading up to ramp-up mass production of product in a highly-efficient manner. Perform Antenna impedance and aperture tuner simulation and validation. Produce Antenna simulation for SAR (and Smart Transmit), GPS, WIFI, NFC, LTE, 5G NR, UWB and mmW performance to meet FCC Compliance and telecom operator specs. Provide Antenna design solution for complex antenna architecture. Create antenna specification and test plan for projects. Perform radiated antenna OTA (TRP/TIS) measurements and analyze and publish detailed test reports. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related and 5 years of experience required. Salary: $140,109.00-$183,200.00. Salary offered will vary within range based on variety of factors. All Zebra roles eligible for cash incentive programs. Telecommuting may be permitted.
