Guardian Life Business Transformation Analyst, Group Benefits in Holmdel, New Jersey

As the Business Transformation Analyst, you will execute on the Group Benefits Transformation strategy for the organizations transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Program Management Office and cross-functional Group Benefits partners as required. The platform will enable our organization to provide more efficient and improved customer service while providing our consumers with a market leading customer experience and digitally enabled platform.

You will be responsible for supporting planning, coordination and execution of activities related to the organizations transformation goals, leading to the successful implementation and deployment of new functionality for the marketplace. This role ensures that all aspects of the initiative are organized, monitored and effectively implemented in alignment with strategic objectives. As the Business Transformation Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to track process and provide operational support to the program team.

You Will:

  • Assist in the development and management of program artifacts, schedules, milestones and deliverables.

  • Coordinate activities across cross functional teams to ensure alignment with program goals.

  • Serve as a point of contact for program-related inquiries and communications.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure program success.

  • Monitor program progress, track metrics and identify potential risks or delays.

  • Prepare and distribute regular status reports and presentations to leadership and business stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate and updated documentation of program activities and deliverables.

  • Support implementation of tools, systems or processes to streamline program operations.

  • Participate in SAFe/Agile ceremonies and proactively identify and address challenges or barriers to program success.

  • Adapt plans and priorities as needed to ensure program remails on track.

  • Identify and develop requirements for any future improvements.

  • Maintain healthy working relationships with internal and external team members and provide timely responses to business stakeholders by engaging with the team and other stakeholders.

You Have:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience, minimum of 3 years managing and successfully delivering complex and/or multi-year transformative programs across Business and IT.

  • Strong process and program management skills

  • Experience working in a SAFe agile software development environment.

  • Deep understanding of technical capabilities with and understanding of how to translate business needs into features.

  • Experience with Agile toolset (JIRA, JIRA-ALIGN, Confluence). Creative thinker with ability to think outside the box and translate strategies into actions. Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Team player with proven ability to foster and manage working relationships within a matrixed environment with a positive attitude.

  • Strong influencing and communication skills with ability to “tell the story”.

Location and Work Arrangement:

  • This position will require a hybrid work arrangement out of one of the following Guardian Offices: Bethlehem, PA; Boston, MA, Holmdel, NJ; Plano, TX; or New York, NY.

Salary Range:

$67,450.00 - $110,815.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
