Insight Global IT Support Admin in Hollywood, Florida

Job Description

A client of Insight Globals is hiring for a Systems Administrator to join their team! This candidate will split time between their 2 locations in Pembroke Pines & Boca Raton, FL often 3 days in one location, then the next, on a rotating schedule. They will 2-3 servers at each location supporting around 120 users in total. Other duties are as follows:

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Installation and configuration of computer hardware and software applications

  • Installing and maintaining hardware and network cables

  • Provide technical assistance and resources on a regular basis

  • Upgrade computer systems and perform regular software updates

  • Troubleshoot system failures and bugs and solve these problems to keep systems functioning

  • Responded to and resolve computer system problems as required

  • Work with outside vendors for all technology related issues

  • Able to train users with interpreting instructions and answering questions

  • Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions

  • Maintains historical records by documenting hardware and software changes and revisions

  • Adherence to HIPAA requirements

  • Helping with issues image transfer/ moving accession numbers in PACS software

  • Assist with the modalities / setting up and configuring them

  • Setup users/doctors in all software systems (Infinitt PACS, PenRad, Intergy, Medinformatics, Dragon, Office365, PowerScribe, SecurView)

Salary up to 60k, onsite 5x a week

Skills and Requirements

Experience troubleshooting/setting up printers

 Windows experience at a helpdesk level

 Hardware experience

 jack of all trades type of candidate will be involved in solving different IT issues/setting up systems for each center

 Basic Networking & O365 experience

 Active Directory

 Knowledge of HIPAA

 Able to lift up to 50lbs for loading/unloading IT equipment

 Excellent communication/customer service skills and willing to learn

 Past or present AD cert, A+, M+, or similar null
