A top healthcare company is looking for a Compliance Analyst in Pembroke Pines, FL!!

This role is mostly remote going into the office on the 4th Wednesday of each month

Duties:

The main function of a Compliance Specialist is to coordinate and oversee the development, maintenance, implementation, and revision of policies and procedures and other documents for the operation of the organization's compliance program. A typical Compliance Specialist will document regulatory processes such as internal audits, inspections, license renewals, or registrations for submittal to regulatory agencies. Ensure that relevant departments are in compliance with all Federal, State, and industry laws, regulations, and standards. Work with staff to identify and correct potential areas of non-compliance and anticipate future compliance requirements

Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST.

salary: $36.99 - $37 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

A typical Compliance Specialist will document regulatory processes such as internal audits, inspections, license renewals, or registrations for submittal to regulatory agencies. Ensure that relevant departments are in compliance with all Federal, State, and industry laws, regulations, and standards. Work with staff to identify and correct potential areas of non-compliance and anticipate future compliance requirements. Maintain current knowledge and continue education on laws and regulations that might affect the organization's policies and procedures. Ensure issues are identified, investigated, and resolved. Interpret regulatory laws or law changes and ensure they are communicated to all relevant parties. Coordinate, prepare, and review regulatory submissions for Federal, State, and industry regulatory agencies. Prepare and maintain technical files to obtain and sustain regulatory approval. Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking. Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time.
