Our client, a fast-growing real estate company based in Hollywood, looking for a dedicated and proficient Bookkeeper with experience in QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial transactions

• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process

• Maintain accurate records within QuickBooks Online

• Perform bank reconciliations and manage ledgers

• Generate financial reports

• Assist with other accounting duties as needed

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven bookkeeping experience

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online

• Professional manner and strong ethical code

• Strong attention to detail
