FUJIFILM Senior Financial Analyst in Holly Springs, North Carolina

We are growing our locations and are investing more than $2 billion into establishing a new large-scale manufacturing site for biopharmaceuticals in the United States to accelerate the growth of our Bio CDMO

(Contract and Development Manufacturing Organization) business. This will be the largest end-to-end cell culture CDMO provider in North America.

The new site will offer end-to-end solutions to our customers looking to manufacture biopharmaceuticals in the US. In addition to drug substance manufacture, it will also provide automated fill-finish and assembly, packaging, and labeling services. The new site is to be located in Holly Springs, North Carolina, United States.

Your role

As our Senior Financial Analyst you will be responsible for enabling the team to deliver on financial and strategic objectives through forecast and analysis that will guide business decisions. You will play an important role in managing financial performance and implementing finance strategies to achieve business performance in a cross-functional team environment. You will support the business and drive the finance initiatives and decisions. You should have a high sense of ownership, a natural interest in continuously improving the way the business is viewed and a strong ability to communicate with non-financial minded peers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual and long-term operating and capital budget process including the developing and maintaining of the process

  • Build financial and operational models for internal and external reporting

  • Partner with leadership team to support and drive the financial and business goals

  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior leadership and executive committees ensuring a high degree of quality, timeliness and accuracy

  • Provide key business insights and perspective outlooks

  • Perform financial research and analysis for financial control and audit readiness

  • Drive the development and implementation of improvement projects within the finance organization

  • Mentor other financial analyst and finance personnel

  • Supports all accounting functions including, but not limited to: fixed asset ledger, indirect tax matters, journal entries, reconciliations, procure to pay, financial audits

Requirements

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

  • 7+ years Financial Planning and Analysis experience

  • Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus

  • Strong system knowledge, with preference in SAP and MS Office Suite products

  • Superior communication skills for collaboration at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to respond independently to senior leadership inquiries

  • Detailed professional with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working with complex data sets, systems and processes

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic that can work both independently with little supervision as well as in a team environment

  • Exhibit strong leadership skills, initiate action, adapt to change, make decisions and accept challenging assignments

  • Critical thinking skills, high energy, disciplined organizational skills and sound judgment are necessary
