DESCRIPTION OF WORK Responsibilities of the Clerical Assistant 2 position include the following:

Maintaining, organizing, and filing both construction plans and right-of-way plans in the District file room. Providing plans to both external and internal customers as information is requested. Maintains the District's Right-of-Way and As-Built construction plan records. Updates District files/records as new plans are added. Scans and organizes drawings for easy access to our customers. Fulfills requests for right of way information for our customers. Assists with pulling deed information for in-house projects. Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment. Work hours are 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Salary:  Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $34,621 (before taxes). Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or Graduation from high school; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
