Maintenance Technician - Direct Placement
Shifts: All Shifts Available
Location: Holland, MI
Pay: $25-$34 (+ shift premiums)
Job Description:
Responsible for the preventative maintenance of all assigned plant equipment, including service, repair or replacement of gearboxes, bearings, chains, belts, etc.
•Ensure the mechanical and physical integrity of the production equipment
•Reduce the production down time as a result of mechanical failure
•Ensure that preventative maintenance measures are completed on a timely basis
•Properly and safely use maintenance shop equipment (drill press, lathe, pneumatic tools, etc.)
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Experience repairing hydraulics and pneumatics
Industrial maintenance experience with conveyors
Strong electrical repair and troubleshooting skills (480 volt/3 phase)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $67600.00

Vacation and Holiday Benefits

• Earn .77 hours per week of vacation upon hire.
• 2 weeks to start out

• However - they will consider the amount of time spent as a true maintenance tech at other companies when determining vacation time.

Performance Bonus
• Performance bonuses paid out during the first week of June and the first week of December.
• Based on company profit performance and individual member performance.
