Summary:

The Sales Administrator at LG Energy Solution will manage daily sales operations, track accounts receivable and payable, and perform data entry across various systems to support the sales team and ensure smooth business processes. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate efficient sales and financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry into various systems, including SAP/ERP and various LGES and OEM systems

  • Maintain up to date records of all sales activities (e.g. monthly sales file)

  • Support Logistics/Material Management team to ship the goods as planned by entering correct shipment plan and communicating with Logistics/Carrier/Customers

  • Monitor information entered in Advanced Shipping Notice to modify on time

  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable processes using various customer systems

  • Track remittances from the customer for payments and reconcile accounts

  • Work closely with the sales associate and finance team to address any discrepancies

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team

  • Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:

  • Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain

  • Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Vocational Certificate or Associates Degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of sales/logistics experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience with SAP software systems and ability navigate through websites and OEM’s system is preferred

Skills:

  • Must have exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent computer and Microsoft Excel skills are required

  • Ability to work flexible hours, when needed, to support new hire onboarding and other areas of responsibility.
