1st Shift General Production Worker, Holland MI

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Worker for our 1st shift (7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday). The pay range for this position is $17.50-18.50/hour. This floater position involves assembling rack holders and assisting in various areas as needed. This is a great entry-level role for individuals looking to explore different areas within production and eventually move into machine operating roles.

  • Assemble rack holders efficiently and accurately.

  • Assist in different areas of production as needed, especially when other workers are absent.

  • Operate various machines as required.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times.

Essential Skills

  • General production experience

  • Production assembly skills

  • Basic mechanical skills

  • Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery

  • Experience in painting and powder coating

  • Ability to perform general labor tasks

  • 6 months of manufacturing experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with sprayers and racking

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50
