Responsibilities include the following but not limited to: -CPR & 1st aid certified (or willing to obtain) -Provide safe and suitable care to all children. - Complete a health and safety training before starting the position and continue ongoing professional development online trainings. - Develop lesson plans, everyday tasks and responsibilities. - Feeding children according to their schedules - Change diapers/clothes when needed - Maintain positive relationships with your child's parents, staff member and director - Sanitation of the classroom everyday (Highchairs, furniture, toys, and classroom in general) -Keeping the room tidy and clean at all times (vacuum, mop, sweep) -Implementing lesson plans.. -Interacting with children at all times -Performing sleep checks every 15minutes while Infants are napping -Filling out daily reports for all children in your care each day -Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (or willing to obtain), or working towards an early childhood degree with a minimum of 9 credits
