Actalent Project Architect in Hoffman Estates, Illinois
A full-service architectural firm in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago is looking to add a Project Architect to their team!
Job Description:
Manage a team of 3-4 architects
Attend client meetings
Manage budgets, scopes of work, and timelines
Coordinate with consultants, owners, engineers, and municipal officials
Run with projects from start to finish
Oversee production of construction documents
Travel to local sites (national if desired)
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Master's Degree in Architecture
10+ years of experience
AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup proficiency, Revit is a plus
Licensure is preferred
Ability to manage a team of junior architects, 2+ years
Commercial and multi-family project experience preferred
Experience running with projects from start to finish
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00
