We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hoffman Estates, IL. Customer Support: Process inquiries, quotes, and orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Order Management: Provide shipment tracking, update purchase orders, and resolve billing holds.
Follow-Ups: Manage returns, credits, debits, and warranty updates.
Special Projects: Assist in digital transformation efforts, system testing, and process improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
salary: $23 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Process customer inquiries, quotes and orders, track shipments, report follow up and special projects as needed.
• Create quotes and orders per customer requests, in a timely and accurate manner. This is to include some parts research, or parts information inquiries, following up for any documentation needed or work with customers on updating PO's or determining shipment schedules.
• Answer customer inquiries on open orders, shipment status, etc. Provide tracking information with status as requested. And track shipments that are invoice at delivery, remove billing blocks so they can invoice. Send any requested documentation, such as MSDS sheets, import/export reports, commercial invoice copies, etc.
• Follow up on open RMA's, Credits, Debits and consignments. Update equipment records with warranty information.
• Projects as assigned and back-up for other team members.
• Assist in researching information needed for collection purposes as it relates to quotes, orders and PO's processed.
