Walmart Commerce Technologies is recruiting for a success-driven enterprise Account Executive (AE) who can help grow our c us tomer base. The AE will deliver innovative retail SaaS solutions to retailers to help them improve their margins and accelerate their growth. Retail is changing, and there's a lot of pressure to adapt quickly and serve c us tomers where, when, and how they shop. Bringing passion to delight y our clients and build their confidence in us
Partnering with our product, operations, engineering, and 3rd party providers during the sales cycle to help demonstrate our solutions' specific value to our clients
Finding and engaging the right retailers that could leverage our portfolio of products
Communicating clearly and frequently with key stakeholders to update the teams and highlight risks that could impact a deal and successful delivery
Building rapport and strong c us tomer relationships from the executive level down
Being a tr us ted advisor to prospective c us tomer by understanding their b us iness initiatives to effectively address their challenges and goals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in Software Sales
Experience in working with retail c us tomers
History of consistently hitting quota over $1M ARR per year
Experience us ing CRM software on a daily basis

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
