[Provides service to customers regarding daily deposit and withdraw transactions, processes receipts and payments of cash, accepts payments and services related to commercial, personal, real estate, and business loans. Give balance and account information. May prepares wire transfer forms, cashiers checks, and counter checks, for customers. May open, close, or update information on various types of checking and savings accounts. May assist customers with access to and payment of their safety deposit box(es). Answer customer inquiries and direct to other appropriate staff as necessary. Fill out necessary forms and reports as required by bank procedure and law. Follow all bank and other procedures as required by law. Follow branch opening and closing procedures. May perform ATM functions including daily balance checks, filling of money for withdraw, and checking for deposits at the machines.
