User Assistance Associate Developer - Sustainability Control Tower Engineering (Sustainability Growth Unit)

To meet the growing demand for sustainability-driven innovations, we are expanding our engineering capacity in Vietnam. This new team will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our flagship application: the Sustainability Control Tower (SCT) , an advanced ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting tool that helps businesses achieve their sustainability goals.

What you’ll do
As a User Assistance Associate Developer , you will help design and deliver clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that supports the adoption and usage of the Sustainability Control Tower application. You’ll collaborate with development, product management, and design teams to ensure users have the information they need to succeed.
In this role, you will:
Create User-Centric Content: Develop and maintain user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and in-app help content to simplify complex workflows.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with developers, UX designers, and product managers to understand features and functionality.
Focus on Clarity and Accessibility: Ensure documentation is accurate, user-friendly, and accessible to diverse audiences.
Learn and Apply Tools: Use tools like Markdown, DITA, or XML-based systems to create structured, reusable content.
Drive Innovation in Communication: Contribute to improving the user experience by providing feedback on terminology, usability, and flow.
Support Agile Development Processes: Stay aligned with fast-paced releases and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
What you bring
Required skills
We’re seeking enthusiastic, curious, and talented individuals who are excited to start their journey in software development. You should have:
1-4 years of experience (or equivalent education) in technical writing, content creation, or user assistance development .
Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Familiarity with documentation tools like Markdown, DITA, or similar platforms.
A basic understanding of UX principles and how users interact with software.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and manage multiple priorities in an agile environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality user assistance.
Proficiency in English , both written and spoken.
Optional skills
Experience with design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
Basic knowledge of sustainability concepts, particularly ESG reporting.
Familiarity with SAP solutions or enterprise software environments.
