This role is an individual contributor role. The role reports directly into Mainland Southeast Asia Vice President and with a Dotted line into Asia Region Led Market (RLM) Communications Director. The system title of the role is Principal Business Process Improvement Analyst.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

For Project Management, you will:

  • Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business processes.

  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management such as sub region cultural programs.

  • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.

  • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.

  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

For Digital consultant, you will support MSEA Marketing Teams in planning and executing campaigns and content across internal, external and social channels and support critical communications requirement. This will include:

  • Strategize, Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns in line with the country strategy and in partnership with the marketing teams

  • Define and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for social media campaigns using digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics

  • Build and execute social media campaigns with content creation , media plan execution as well as campaign optimization

  • Use social media marketing tools such as Spredfast/Hootsuite and automation tools like Eloqua

  • Support the Sub-Region Vice President in maintaining an active presence on LinkedIn

  • Mine for stories for all target audience and build and maintain content bank and social media calendar.

  • Create and setup website content and operationally maintain the corporate website using Content management platform.Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained

  • Monitor Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web traffic metrics

  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network

  • Develop content for all digital, social and external Public Relations (PR) platforms – Eg: Medtronic Voices Program

  • Keep an eye on social media trends and build Proof of Value (POV) and education material in form of newsletters, trainings

  • Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and marketing team

  • Work closely with the communications and leadership team for critical communications requirements from time to time

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Must Have :

Requires mastery of a specialty area and full knowledge of industry practices, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

May have broad knowledge of project management.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Your Profile:

  • 5-7 years of experience of working on Project management and digital campaigns.

  • Strong in English proficiency and writing skills

  • Independent and innovative

  • Specialize in Project Management, Communications/ Media/ Digital Marketing

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Solid content development and project management skills

  • Knowhow of Canva or any graphic designing tool will be an added advantage
